DELUXE CLEMMER RANCH CELEBRATION PACKAGE- $575

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date.

Package includes:

  • 2.5 Hour Party Rental
  • White Barn access
  • 6 picnic tables
  • 1 – 6 ft folding table
  • 1 – 8 ft folding table for gifts
  • Seating for up to 40 guests. 15 children, 25 adults.
    *A $10.00 fee will apply to each additional child that attends. We require a minimum of 1 adult for every 10 children attending.

Rustic country style décor
Neutral burlap runners for 5 picnic tables, Neutral linens for the gift table. Disposable plates and cups in white or red. Plastic silverware is also provided. You are welcome to add your theme to our décor! In fact, we encourage it and are ready to help bring your theme to life! Our on site coordinator will be available to assist you with any questions you may have.

Ponies, Goats & Horses Package
2 hours of Pony rides around our beautiful property.
2 hours of petting zoo which includes our goats and horses. Food provided to feed the goats.
Our guides will take our majestic horses around the property throughout your party!

Additional Details
You may access the barn on party day up to one hour prior for set up.
Complimentary barn tour is included with every package.
A photo of your child on/with the animal of your choice is available for use on your invitation!

Up to 15 children for 60 minutes of magical interaction with our furry friends!
It’s our Pony Package with additional friends! Included are our dwarf goats & majestic full size horses.

A list of any and all vendors that will be on site the day of your party is required 2 weeks prior to your event. Please also provide any catering/menu items that you will be ordering so we can coordinate with them prior to arrival to ensure timely arrival/clean up.

Clean Up is required by you, the host/hostess of the party. If Clemmer Ranch staff is left to clean up your items, a $100 fee will be added to your bill.

Additional Details

We look forward to assisting you with your celebration! Please see our list of preferred vendors for additional fun on the farm! Any vendors selected that are not on our list need to be approved by the Clemmer Ranch coordinators. We encourage you not to sign any paperwork with your chosen outside vendors until you have spoken with us. While most vendors will be approved without a problem, we do need to make sure that your selection is within our guidelines and restrictions.
